Dubai and Abu Dhabi communities

Every community in the register as a place: minutes computed on the road graph, what already exists there, the price level with its source, and the projects inside it.

The register

Every community we cover

A place as context for the projects inside it: minutes computed on the road graph, what already exists, and the price level with its source.

  • Dubai

    Azizi Venice

Sixteen registered projects behind one name, construction figures with the date of each release, three published prices, and no handover date anywhere, because the developer publishes none.

  • Dubai

    DAMAC Islands

Launched 19 November 2024: the one community here with a starting price and a payment plan published by the developer, each dated, and the handover and escrow lines that are not published.

  • Dubai

    DAMAC Lagoons

DAMAC's master community in Dubailand: the counts and clusters the developer states, the projects the Land Department records as finished, and the price, plan and handover dates nobody publishes.

  • Dubai

    Emaar Beachfront

A gated strip inside somebody else's master plan: the counts Emaar states, the price of what was left on 12 September 2026, and the escrow, plan and handover lines nobody publishes.

  • Abu Dhabi

    Mamsha Al Saadiyat

Built, occupied and sold out: the unit count, the sizes and the beach as Aldar published them, the 2021 launch price carried with its date, and the figures nobody publishes.

  • Dubai

    Palm Jebel Ali

The island approved by the Ruler of Dubai on 31 May 2023: the government figures, the progress percentage set against the regulator's own inspection, and the price nobody publishes.

  • Abu Dhabi

    Saadiyat Island

The cultural district as a place to live: the museums, the beaches, the schools and the universities, the price level with its source, and where new waterfront building sits against them.

  • Abu Dhabi

    Saadiyat Lagoons

Launched October 2022 and unmentioned by Aldar since: the villa areas and amenity counts from its brochure, the passed handover date, and the launch terms that said UAE nationals only.

  • Dubai

    Sobha Hartland

Sobha's two communities in Mohammed Bin Rashid City: a price, a floor area and a handover month for every tower, read 12 September 2026, and no payment plan anywhere.

  • Dubai

    The Valley

Emaar's low-rise master plan on the southern corridor: the amenity areas the developer states, the one phase with prices on 12 September 2026, and the area and handover nobody publishes.

  • Not listed

Name the place. We count what exists there and compute the minutes, and send what we find with the date.

Method

How a community page is made

Counted things from OpenStreetMap and the road graph; a price level only with attribution.

Schools, nurseries, stations and beaches are counted from OpenStreetMap on a stated date; drive times are computed on its road graph, never quoted from marketing. A price level is printed only as the report's own claim, with the report named.

One paragraph about the life of a place is fair; three would make this a listing page without listings, which is not what a community page is for.
