What we hold
Your details, and what happens to them
When you send the form we store the name and the phone number you typed, the page you were on, how you arrived at it, and the time. We keep the wording of each permission you gave along with its version, so that what you agreed to can be shown exactly as it was worded on the day.
Enquiries are passed to the licensed brokerage we work with. An enquiry goes to the brokerage together with the permission you gave with it: where the permission to be telephoned was not given, they may only answer in the channel the enquiry came from.

Cookies and measurement
Withdrawing is as easy as giving
The banner on this site offers acceptance, refusal and a per-purpose choice, and refusal genuinely revokes: the measurement tags are switched off and the identifiers we had set are deleted.
Permission for cookies and permission to be telephoned are separate things. Answering the banner one way does not change the boxes you ticked in a form, and refusing the banner does not withdraw an enquiry you sent.
