Daily life
Six clusters, one launch date
Launched on 19 November 2024 at the Coca-Cola Arena, sold since, and registered with the Land Department as two projects of a phase called The Tropics.
The register's zone is Al Yelayiss 1. Dubailand is the name DAMAC uses and the name a buyer will recognise, but any comparison you want to make against the Land Department's own transaction data has to be made on Al Yelayiss, or the query comes back empty.
DAMAC's own blog places this community at Dubai Islands and describes access to the sea. Dubai Islands is a different district on the coast. The mistake is in the developer's material and it is not repeated here: nothing on this page describes a beach.

A published price and a published plan, each with its date
Both lines come from DAMAC and both carry the day they were read. The price on the developer's page today is not the price in the launch release, and twenty-two months separate them, which is why neither is given without a date.
One warning about any price you have already seen. Checked on 12 September 2026, DAMAC's cards printed the identical number under a dollar, a euro and a pound sign, and the number is in dirhams. Every conversion shown on this site is ours, made from the dirham.
Name a format and we send what is actually asked for it today, with the date and the source of each figure, and the payment schedule as the developer states it.

Being built
The clusters, and one record with an exact wording
Six island clusters as the launch release names them: Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. DAMAC holds a Guinness World Records title for the highest revenue generated by a real estate launch in 24 hours, AED 10.23bnDAMAC; the title belongs to Phase 1 of this community and to nothing else. DAMAC says its second phase later passed that figure, which is the company's own comparison and not a second title.
