Method

How a project gets in

By measured demand and by a document, not by a brochure.

A project enters the register when people are already searching for it by name and when at least one primary document about it exists — a government release, a registry entry, the developer's own filing. The order is always the same: the facts are collected first, the title is taken from what was measured, and only then is a page written.

Portal listings are never a source: they are somebody else's content, and a price without a date and a document is a claim that ages by the week.
