The register
Every project we cover
One page per address: the release line by line, the place, the developer, and the ledger of what has never been published.
- Aldar Properties
Aldar's Marsa Al Saadiyat on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi: the district it sits in, the developer behind it, and the figures published so far with the date each was checked.

Name it. We check what is registered and what is published, and send the entry as it stands on the register today.
Method
How a project gets in
By measured demand and by a document, not by a brochure.
A project enters the register when people are already searching for it by name and when at least one primary document about it exists — a government release, a registry entry, the developer's own filing. The order is always the same: the facts are collected first, the title is taken from what was measured, and only then is a page written.
Portal listings are never a source: they are somebody else's content, and a price without a date and a document is a claim that ages by the week.
